This go-to steak recipe features @butcher_box Grass-Fed Beef Loin Steaks marinated with a blend of garlic powder, golden mountain sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar, then seared and cooked in the oven for a perfect medium rare finish. A delightful dish served with rice and sautéed green beans.

What you need
tbsp oil

tbsp sugar

tbsp garlic powder

beef steak
fl oz golden syrup
Instructions
1: Marinate your steaks with garlic powder, golden mountain sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar for at least 1 hour. Fridge until ready to cook. 2: Take your steaks out 30 minutes prior to cooking to allow steaks to get to room temperature. 3: Pre-heat your oven to 450 F. 4: In a large cast iron, heat it with 2 tbsp oil until smoking. 5: Add your marinated @butcher_box steaks and sear each side for 2 minutes. 6: Add the cast iron with steaks into the oven and allow to cook for 8 minutes (for medium rare). 7: Remove the cast iron from the oven and allow the steaks to rest on a cutting board for 7 minutes before serving. 8: Serve this with a side of rice and sautéed green beans and garlic.View original recipe
